When leading group sessions and private one on one sessions, Sabrina combines her yoga instructor certification in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Children’s Yoga and over 20 years of practice with her skills and expertise as a Registered Nurse and Mental Health Nurse. The result is a tailored, safe and mindful practice bringing both eastern and western models together to offer a harmonious and holistic approach to well-being. Whether your focus is placed on therapy through yoga, to improve your own practice or simply to take some time out for yourself, Sabrina bases her teachings on Patanjali’s eight-limbed path to form a disciplined practice.

Private/Semi-Private Yoga Sessions by Appointment:

Private and semi-private yoga sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in duration and are tailored to meet the specific needs of the person or group. Whether you would like to practice one on one, or with a small group (up to five), this can be accommodated for. Yoga practice is tailored at each session to meet your specific goals. Some examples may be to improve flexibility, mobility, core strength, mental focus, spiritual growth or to relieve symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, diabetes, asthma, arthritis or pain.

** Scholarships: each year I offer two scholarships to very special young people with a keen desire to improve their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through the practices of yoga. Each person selected needs to show:

  • a commitment to practice in fortnightly sessions and in their daily life outside of sessions;
  • a desire to make significant changes in their life and to improve their wellbeing as well as impact others around them; and
  • a genuine need for financial assistance.

Staff Wellness Corporate Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra & Meditation:

Allow staff to replenish, restore and relax onsite to increase work productivity and reduce the time taken off work due to increasing stress levels in the workplace. These sessions are provided within your organisation and are generally of 30-90 minutes in duration. These sessions allow for yoga postures, specific breathing techniques, relaxation or meditation techniques depending on staff wellness program requirements. The content taught in class is adapted to the level of participants and the outcome the group or organisation wishes to achieve. Outreach Private Focus Groups:

Private focus groups are available to residential aged care facilities, community organisations and psychiatric inpatient and outpatient units.
